Photos of Decorated Stalls & Stall Drapes

These photos were taken during a large Arabian regional show in Texas showing some ideas they have used.
In order to make an AMAZING FIRST IMPRESSION of our breed, we suggest that
fun, innovative, and classy stall decorations be used at events as possible.

These photos were taken and donated by Linda Brown of A Wizards Spell Ranch to assist the membership.

Show Terms and Their Meaning

"Premium List" A fancy way of saying "List of the classes in the show".
"Halter Class" Your horse's "conformation" ( body shape, legs, etc. ) is being judged.
See BREED STANDARD
"Color Class" Your horse's color is being judged in a higher percentage than it's conformation.
See SHOW RULES pg.58
"Performance Class" Your  horse is being judged on something he is "doing" like
riding, driving, obstacle, jumping.
"Ring Steward"

This is the person who tells you when to go into the arena and occasionally also
readies the next class to head in.  Listen to your RING STEWARD for instructions.

"Tack Change"

If you are coming out of one class and you need to either get some different tack, or saddle up, or get your driving gear ready, tell your RING STEWARD that you are THERE but you need a "tack change".  They will then hold the show since they know you are there.  But still hurry.
