Tack changes will be permitted if class, horse, exhibitors are back to back. Show management must be notified of the need for a tack change at least three classes in advance of the hold. Gypsy Horse classes will follow Miniature Horse Classes 3, 5, 11, 16, 22, 38, 43, 48, 72
