Joyce Swanson has enjoyed a varied, life long career with horses. Under the tutelage of outstanding horseman in many disciplines including, Hunter/Jumpers, Dressage, Eventing, Arabians and finally Morgans, she turned a passionate childhood dream into a serious pursuit to engage horses at the highest level of training. Career highlights include National and World Championships in such diverse disciplines as Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Park Saddle, Dressage, Carriage driving and Hunter Pleasure. While performing Cowboy Dressage with Eitan on Cedar Creek Quartermaster was the thrill of a lifetime, sharing "Principled Horsemanship" ™ in clinics around the world satisfies her commitment to bring harmony and success to all horses and riders. In 1983 Joyce began judging as another outlet for her impassioned horse appreciation. She cultivated this interest to achieve the same versatility as her training goals. Other judging licenses include USEF for Morgan, Saddle Seat Equitation, Shetland and Western, PtHA, NRHA, AMHA and AMHR/ASPC.
